Thanks, Suzanne! I visited Taos for 9 days in 1997 and that's one of the things I remember about it. The sky was fantastic, and there are so many more shapes in the clouds there. *sigh* I am ready to return, now.

I live in Albuquerque and grew up in southern New Mexico(Las Cruces) and it is this way all over the state! I have to admit that Taos is one of my very favorite towns in the whole state though. Great photo!
